Returns:

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused and with the packaging intact.

Damaged Items:

We understand that sometimes your items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a broken, torn or damaged item, we will gladly offer you a full refund. However, a damaged box does not warrant a refund. To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us at support@risabelle.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic or video evidence of the damaged item to process your request.

Return Shipping:

To return an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
